The bed was super comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep during our 2-night stay. The location was mind-blowing, just a 2-minute drive off the peripherique and a 5-minute walk to the tram line. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and well-designed. The off-street parking was a huge plus. The staff went above and beyond, allowing us to stay an extra 2 days to recover from being unwell and even arranging for our medication. They were always friendly and the evening meals were delicious. The hotel was conveniently located near Expo Nantes. The hotel and room were clean and tidy, with good quality continental breakfast. The waiter at dinner was very attentive, even with our broken Spanish. The menu had a variety of freshly cooked options. The room was small, but perfect for our 1-night stay. The location was ideal for getting around the area easily.

However, it was conveniently located close to the exhibition center, which was a bonus for us. the hotel was really near a tram stop that could take us into the city center, making it easy to explore. The room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained with sensible soap dispensers. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet had a good range of food options.

There was no lift in the hotel.

Situated on the outskirts of Nantes near the ring road in quiet area. Near the tram which is convenient as it only take 20 minutes to the centre. Clean but small rooms. Good, friendly and helpful staff.

Although advertising a restaurant it was closed except for breakfast and reception closed at 20.30 so it was necessary to arrive before or make arrangements to obtain key.

Positively surprised by the overall cleanliness of the whole facility and the room. Positive remark also for the staff in making arrangements for late check ins.

Breakfast was a disappointment and as such way too expensive. The price charged for breakfast does not match the extreme low variety of products offered and also their quality. Definitely something to improve.

The hotel is in a great location, really near the tram stop that takes you into the center of the city. This makes it a convenient place to stay, especially if you want to explore the city without the hassle of driving. The staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The basic amenities are all there, including rooms with a good shower.

All aspects of our stay were absolutely fine, no complaints.

Good to have everything on site - parking, restaurant and bar. Well placed for peripherique.

The room was very hot at night.

What I liked best is the food which was a good standard.The restaurant manager was excellent, service was excellent, humour was excellent.However the shadow of our stay was the funny window (velux) in our room without any explanation on how to open it or to maneuvre the blind which was not an easy reach even with a long stick ...The pillows were so enormous and uncomfortable to sleep on that my husband slept on the two tiny cushions which were supposed to be only for decoration. When informed of this situation the lady iin charge was off-hand as are very often French staff throughout the country. No sense of commercial handling and courtesy to customers. We are French ourselves and make the difference with other countries and their apologetic attitudes which are non-existent here.

We had a wonderful stay at a very clean hotel with a nice atmosphere, located near the football stadium. Although a bit away from the city center, the direct ride with Tram1 from the hotel's location near Beaujoire stop made it convenient. The staff members we encountered were extremely kind and welcoming, always wearing a smile. The hotel's restaurant served delicious evening meals, and our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Additionally, being situated close to Expo Nantes was a major plus, as it was just across the road. the hotel provided a perfect location for both the football stadium and exhibition center, making it an ideal choice.

We could drink a glass of wine, arriving late. It was quite at night.

Good simple value for money that delivered that little bit more than the F1 etc

I recently stayed at Logis in Nantes for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The evening meals were delicious and I especially enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of my spacious room. Another plus was the convenient location, just a short walk away from Expo Nantes.

Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the tram line, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always going the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with a good shower. The breakfast offered was also delicious and a great way to start the day. I was thoroughly impressed with the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel.

Clean room, recently renovated. Good location for us (close to a highway but quiet), enough parking space.

Shower was terrible, hardly water coming out. Lots of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. (Free) wireless connection dropped all the time, especially when using secure websites. Breakfast was not always refilled in time, or tables cleaned in time for the next visitor.

The restaurant serves dishes with fresh produce, the castle has an interesting history, and the Japanese garden provides a moment of relaxation. Wonderful!

Who needs a coffee maker in the room? It's not like I need caffeine to survive or anything.
